Introduction :Jan 16, 2011 I went to a hooiser tire clinic and they reccomend not grinding any thing 35 compound and softer, just siping! any thing over 35 compound just buff off if they are glazed over, if you are grinding and the rubber sticks to yo that is bad!! imo grinding is more tire sales we did not grind one tire last year and if not for 3 dnfs we would have been track champion, still finished 3rd in points
